The sauna is bookable for private hire and communal experiences.

Our private experience accommodates groups of up to 8 people. Our communal saunas seat up to 6 people in 30 minute slots.

Both options include changing time.

Down by Lough Ennell in the beautiful Lake County - Mullingar, Co. Westmeath! The ideal spot for a walk, coffee, dip and sauna. Pop in Lough Ennell Caravan Park or The Lis Cafe, Tudenham into google maps and you will find us there too!

Your swimwear, water to stay hydrated, sandals/flip flops and 2 towels - one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself. Bring a robe or warm clothes to wrap up nice and warm afterwards.

If you are pregnant or have any underlying health problems, please seek advice from your doctor before booking. Anyone under the age of 16 using the sauna must be accompanied by an adult. We regret that children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the sauna.

Listen to your body, take lots of breaks, and keep hydrated. Remember to sign our waiver form before arriving for your session.

There is space for a number of cars just past the sauna in front of the lake, alternatively there is a large carpark as you arrive at the lake just before the sauna, that is a couple minutes walk away.

Yes, there are 2 small changing rooms on site.

Please note that all of our experiences include time for changing. If you'd like to use the changing room towards the end of your session, please be mindful of the next booking and do this within your booked time slot.

There are no toilets on site so please plan accordingly.

There are public toilets located just a few minutes walk away that are open during the summer months.

Cancellation times for refunds or credit:

• full 5 days' (120 hrs) notice: full refund or full credit

• full 3 days' (72 hrs) notice: 50% refund or full credit

• 71-24 hrs notice: full credit only

We regret that we can't give a refund or credit if it's less than 24 hrs notice. We do not refund ‘no shows’.
