You can choose between:

Communal Sauna (Hot Slot)
A single space in a shared session — ideal for solo users or small groups.

• Mullingar: 45-minute session, max 7 people

• Monaghan: 55-minute session, max 16 people

• Dublin: 45-minute session, max 8 people

Private Sauna Session
Book the full sauna for your group. Just reserve all spots in a session.

• Mullingar: up to 10 people

• Monaghan: up to 25 people

• Dublin: up to 14 people

All sessions include changing time.

• Mullingar: Lakeside sauna at Lough Ennell — our original location

• Monaghan: Hollywood Lake, Scotstown - just outside Monaghan town

• Dublin: On the grounds of St Marys College RFC in the heart of Templeogue, Dublin 6W.

  Each location offers a unique experience — lakeside, woodland, or city-based — with the same signature heat.

Your swimwear, water to stay hydrated, sandals/flip flops and 2 towels - one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself. Bring a robe or warm clothes to wrap up nice and warm afterwards.

If you are pregnant or have any underlying health problems, please seek advice from your doctor before booking. Anyone under the age of 16 using the sauna must be accompanied by an adult. We regret that children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the sauna.

Listen to your body, take lots of breaks, and keep hydrated. Remember to sign our waiver form before arriving for your session.

• Mullingar: Parking by the sauna, plus a larger lot just before reaching the lake.

• Monaghan: Ample Parking at Hollywood lake car park. Just a 1 minute walk to the sauna.

• Dublin: There is parking at on site at St Marys College RFC. However on game days this may be full. Alternative parking can be found nearby.

Yes! Each of our locations has space for changing:

• Mullingar & Dublin: On-site changing rooms are available.

• Monaghan: Public changing shelters are located just beside the sauna.

If you'd like to keep valuables safe during your session, feel free to hand them to our sauna assistant — they’ll be happy to hold them while you’re inside.

Please note that all of our experiences include time for changing. If you'd like to use the changing room towards the end of your session, please be mindful of the next booking and do this within your booked time slot.

There are no toilets directly on-site at any of our sauna locations, so please plan ahead.

• Mullingar: Public toilets are a short walk away and open during the summer months.

• Monaghan (Hollywood): Public toilets are available.

• Dublin (St Mary’s): There are no toilets on-site.

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please email us on thesaunasociety.ie@gmail.com with your booking details and preferred option for refund or credit in the email subject line.

Cancellation times for refunds or credit:

• full 5 days' (120 hrs) notice: full refund or full credit

• full 3 days' (72 hrs) notice: 50% refund or full credit

• 71-24 hrs notice: full credit only

We regret that we can't give a refund or credit if it's less than 24 hrs notice. We do not refund ‘no shows’.
